As an Administration Executive of Nech Capital, Roxanne assists in office support to the team in the smooth day to day operations. Prior to Nech Capital, Roxanne worked in Sing Investment and Finance as a paralegal, assisting the legal department in documentation and vetting of legal documents.
Roxanne also worked in Stemcord Pte Ltd as a sales representative, maintaining relations of respective hospitals as well as gynecology clinics; also providing sales to expecting couples for use of the company cryogenic services. Roxanne graduated with a Diploma in Business Management from Nanyang Polytechnic in 2013.
Michelle is Head of Accounting and Compliance at Nech Capital. Prior to joining Nech Capital, Michelle was an experienced Senior Accounts and Finance Executive at SPD Scientific and PS Energy where she spend 5 years performing profit and loss analysis, financial reporting functions, managing of month end closing activities and ensuring the integrity of all accounting data and compliance with international accounting standards.
Michelle also performed credit analysis, customer due diligence for new clients and actively conducted periodic due diligence reviews for existing clients. She was also responsible for all internal and external audit related matters. Michelle graduated from INTI International University, Malaysia with a Bachelor of Business in 2014.
Mr Chan is a portfolio manager of the Investment Manager. He has more than 5 years of experience in the financial and real estate industry.
Prior to joining Nech Capital, Mr Chan actively managed and operated Real Estate asset portfolios, comprising affordable housing, student accommodation, commercial, industrial and residential holdings, to realise targeted returns on investment.
He organised the investment team and was responsible for economic, political, environmental, social and macro studies on proposed markets and investments. He also assumed responsibility for managing an investor pool of High Net Worth Individuals, institutional investors and other real estate investors.
Dan is Head of Investor Relations at Nech Capital and manages Global High Net Worth client relationships and is responsible for wealth creation and management advisory services. Prior to Nech Capital, Dan established experiences and successes in financial markets through trading financial instruments such as Options and Futures in Equities and Forex markets.
In 2013, Dan was appointed as a Director in a fully licensed forex brokerage firm where he spend 5 years managing and overseeing a large pool of active FX day traders and account users. Dan graduated from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore with a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1994 and also graduated from the University of Western Australia, Perth, Australia with a Graduate Certificate in Management in 2003.
As a Partner of Nech Capital, Sachin manages Global High Net Worth client relationships and is responsible for wealth creation and management advisory services. He began his career at Merrill Lynch Wealth & Investment Management in the United States before moving into Real Estate Private Equity (Investments) at Montecito Investments.
Sachin also worked for Lehman Brothers in their Investment Banking Division, Equity Capital Markets Group, responsible for equity and equity-linked origination and execution, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), and was on the team that helped take Google public.
Sachin also was a Senior Industry Research Manager at Gerson Lehrman Group and the Director of Research (Investments & Prestige Transactions) at Pavilion Property Negotiators.
Shuzhang is a portfolio manager at Nech Capital. Prior to joining Nech Capital, he was a quantitative trader and analyst to independently research, programme, implement and trade profitable algorithmic strategies at Phillip Capital. Prior to Philip Capital, Shuzhang spent 5 years as a researcher for Lawrence Berkeley National Lab, a Centre for Research and Education on Aging. He served as a biologist and applied mathematician to develop a programming language that simulates human physiological functions.
He also facilitated the development of a natural language parser, the development of a parallel computing and programming platform, and the development of a bio-printer for tissues and organs. Shuzhang graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics (Statistics) in 2016.
Liu Ning is the executive director and Chief Risk Officer of Nech Capital. Prior to Nech Capital, he spent 7 years at CIMB Securities (Singapore) and CIMB Securities (Thailand) as an Asian equities proprietary trader, managing the firm’s Asian equity long/short book. He also helped to develop risk management protocols and investment parameters for CIMB.
Liu Ning graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Finance in 2009. He was also awarded the Gold medal in the National Physics and Mathematics Olympiad (China) in 2000, and the Gold medal in the National Mathematics Olympiad (Singapore) in 2004.
Neil is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Nech Capital. Before founding Nech Capital in 2017, Neil was the lead portfolio manager of the Lumen Value Asia Fund (UCITS) at Lumen Capital Investors and headed Lumen Capital’s portfolio management department in constructing and managing discretionary segregated mandates across equities, fixed income and credit asset classes.
Prior to Lumen, Neil was an Asian equities proprietary trader for CIMB Securities (Singapore), where he spent 9 years managing the firm’s Asian equity long/short book. Prior to CIMB, Neil also spent 2 years at OCBC Securities as an Equity Sales trader focusing on Asian equity markets. Neil graduated from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia with a Bachelor of Finance and Economics in 2003.
